Meet the Evolution Imaging Team

  • PT, DPT, OCS, M.S. - OWNER

    Dr. Thomas graduated from OUHSC with her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2002 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arizona University in 2005. In 2020, she graduated from the University of Southern California with a Masters of Positive Psychology. She owned and operated multiple physical therapy clinics in Oklahoma for over 17 years and served as the Director of Operations for 45 clinics for five years. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma’s Physical Therapy program and does private business consulting and executive coaching. She co-founded Evolution Imaging in 2022 with Amy Lee and is proud to still advocate for the PT profession, helping patients find quality and expedited orthopedic care. She most enjoys spending time mentoring and teaching the next generation of current and future PT students.

  • R.T.(R)(CT)(MR)(ARRT) - MRI Technologist

    Megan is a compassionate and dedicated radiologic technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). She graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2017 and is registered in X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT), and MRI. Known for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail, Megan combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their imaging experience.


    With a solid background in multiple imaging modalities and a calm, reassuring presence, Megan is a trusted and valued member of the radiology field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their lovable cats, practicing yoga, volunteering at the OKC Zoo, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Oklahoma Sooners and the Green Bay Packers.

  • PT, MPT, OCS - OWNER

    Mrs. Lee graduated from OUHSC in 2007 and has 13 years of experience owning and operating multiple physical therapy clinics in Oklahoma. For the past five years, she served as Director of Business Development and Marketing for Physical Therapy Central. There, she oversaw digital and community marketing, advertising, physician relationships and third-party agreements. She has served as the second Vice President on the OPTA Board and held multiple positions within the Western District. She is currently studying graphic design at Arizona State University and is the co-owner of Evolution Imaging in Edmond. Founded in 2022 with Dr. Thomas, they built Oklahoma’s first luxury and affordable imaging experience. She enjoys helping people find high quality and expedited MSK care in the PT industry and all aspects of orthopedic and spine care.

  • RDMS (AB OB/GYN) RVT - SONOGRAPHER

    Kristin was raised in Oklahoma City and is a graduate of Putnam City Original. She received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Oklahoma’s Health Science Center in 2005 and has been a practicing sonographer since. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, attending her son’s activities and is a die-hard Sooner fan. Kristin is dedicated to high-quality care and brings many years of experience to Evolution Imaging.

  • OFFICE MANAGER

    Kearstin was born and raised in Bartlesville, OK, and went on to get her Bachelor of Science cap on at Oklahoma State University in 2021 (Go Pokes!) She became nationally certified and licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Board for Recreational Therapy in 2021. Prior to graduating college, she also obtained several years of experience in customer service positions and 1.5 years as a PT tech. Kearstin brought her clinical experience and bright spirit to the office side of healthcare when she moved to Edmond and joined Evolution Imaging in August of 2022. She’s the first face you will see when you walk into our facility and is sure to crack a joke or two with you while you’re checking in for your appointment!

    Kearstin married her husband, Reb, in April of 2023 and they enjoy working out, traveling, and spending time outdoors together. She also enjoys spending time with friends and visiting family in Bartlesville and West Texas.

  • PT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Nicki grew up in Elmore City, OK, and attended PT school at the OU Health Sciences Center. She met her husband at OU and has been in private practice with him (also a PT) since 2001. Over the years Nicki has held many different roles in the companies they have owned and has developed relationships with some of the best physicians and physical therapists in the state. In 2017, when they sold their business to a nationally recognized physical therapy franchise, Nicki began focusing on business development and provider relations. That’s when she first began working with Mrs. Lee and Dr. Thomas. Nicki has a passion for helping companies grow and develop and she began working for Evolution in December of 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering her kids on in their athletic and academic pursuits, and traveling, especially when it involves hiking.

  • OFFICE ASSOCIATE

    Harmony Sloan was born in Oceanside, California, where she became certified and licensed as an LMRT. She relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma in 2018 and currently works in the front office, bringing strong customer service skills and a welcoming presence to every patient interaction. Harmony is a devoted mother of three—two boys and one girl—and truly enjoys working alongside an incredible staff. She loves meeting and greeting patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease throughout their imaging experience.

  • RT(R)(CT)(MR)

    Mikayla is Oklahoma born and raised and grew up in Yukon, OK. She went to college at UCO before she graduated from OUHSC with a degree in Radiography in 2019. Mikayla then went on to work in CT for 3 years and then cross trained into MRI in 2022 and she has loved it ever since. Mikayla has a passion for learning and growing and connecting with patients.

    Mikayla has a wonderful husband of 5 years and two beautiful little girls. In her free time she loves hanging out with friends and family, working out, cheering for the Chiefs during football season, and spending time with her girls.

    Juanita Kay is originally from Phoenix Arizona, relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma in 2015. She’s professional, driven, and kindhearted. Her sweet smile will greet you and make your experience at EI warm, friendly, and inviting. She has raised two accomplished kids and now enjoys reading, walking in nature, and is a Pilate enthusiast.
