Chad Clark, RT(R)(MR)
MRI Technologist
Chad is known for always creating the most optimistic and positive environment wherever he may be. Care and compassion are of the utmost importance to him. With the collaboration of these qualities and his in-depth knowledge of MRI, his patients are always in the best care possible. Chad has many years of experience and training, so he knows exactly how to achieve the highest quality exam. He attended Northern Oklahoma College, along with Autry Radiography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging programs. He has successfully trained many other colleagues with his expertise and intelligence in the imaging field.
Chad's roots were grown in small town Waukomis, Oklahoma. Go Chiefs! Chad met his wife, Brooklynn, while working in Enid, Oklahoma. They have a beautiful daughter, Zara Everly, who has him wrapped around her little finger. When Chad is not taking care of patients, he enjoys family vacations, perfecting his lawn, golfing with friends, watching sports, and playing Barbies with his little princess.
Amy Lee, PT, MPT, OCS
Owner
Mrs. Lee graduated from OUHSC in 2007 and has 13 years of experience owning and operating multiple physical therapy clinics in Oklahoma. For the past five years, she served as Director of Business Development and Marketing for Physical Therapy Central. There, she oversaw digital and community marketing, advertising, physician relationships and third-party agreements. She has served as the second Vice President on the OPTA Board and held multiple positions within the Western District. She is currently studying graphic design at Arizona State University and is the co-owner of Evolution Imaging in Edmond. Founded in 2022 with Dr. Thomas, they built Oklahoma’s first luxury and affordable imaging experience. She enjoys helping people find high quality and expedited MSK care in the PT industry and all aspects of orthopedic and spine care.
RaeAnn Thomas, PT, DPT, OCS, M.S.
Owner
Dr. Thomas graduated from OUHSC with her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2002 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arizona University in 2005. In 2020, she graduated from the University of Southern California with a Masters of Positive Psychology. She owned and operated multiple physical therapy clinics in Oklahoma for over 17 years and served as the Director of Operations for 45 clinics for five years. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma’s Physical Therapy program and does private business consulting and executive coaching. She co-founded Evolution Imaging in 2022 with Amy Lee and is proud to still advocate for the PT profession, helping patients find quality and expedited orthopedic care. She most enjoys spending time mentoring and teaching the next generation of current and future PT students.
Kristin Owens, RDMS (AB OB/GYN) RVT
Sonographer
Kristin was raised in Oklahoma City and is a graduate of Putnam City Original. She received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Oklahoma’s Health Science Center in 2005 and has been a practicing sonographer since. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, attending her son’s activities and is a die-hard Sooner fan. Kristin is dedicated to high-quality care and brings many years of experience to Evolution Imaging.
Kearstin Sullenger
Office Manager
Kearstin was born and raised in Bartlesville, OK, and went on to get her Bachelor of Science cap on at Oklahoma State University in 2021 (Go Pokes!) She became nationally certified and licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Board for Recreational Therapy in 2021. Prior to graduating college, she also obtained several years of experience in customer service positions and 1.5 years as a PT tech. Kearstin brought her clinical experience and bright spirit to the office side of healthcare when she moved to Edmond and joined Evolution Imaging in August of 2022. She’s the first face you will see when you walk into our facility and is sure to crack a joke or two with you while you’re checking in for your appointment!
Kearstin married her husband, Reb, in April of 2023 and they enjoy working out, traveling, and spending time outdoors together. She also enjoys spending time with friends and visiting family in Bartlesville and west Texas.
Ashley Kellog
Billing Administrator
Ashley was born in raised in Baltimore, MD (go ORIOLES!), and has nearly 20 years in the medical field including receptionist, clinical, educational/training and billing. She has spent the last 10 years in administrative/management. She met her husband, Mike, in 2014 at their childhood best friends’ wedding, where they were the maid of honor and best man. Eight months later, she moved to Oklahoma. Fast-forward to 2021, Ashley and Mike had twins and haven’t slept since. When she’s not trying to catch some ZZZ’s, some of her hobbies include figure skating, imaging and graphic design, spending time with their dog Pork Chop, chasing the twins (and childproofing the house daily) and photography.

Nicki Piercey, PT
Business Development
Nicki grew up in Elmore City, OK, and attended PT school at the OU Health Sciences Center. She met her husband at OU and has been in private practice with him (also a PT) since 2001. Over the years Nicki has held many different roles in the companies they have owned and has developed relationships with some of the best physicians and physical therapists in the state. In 2017, when they sold their business to a nationally recognized physical therapy franchise, Nicki began focusing on business development and provider relations. That’s when she first began working with Mrs. Lee and Dr. Thomas. Nicki has a passion for helping companies grow and develop and she began working for Evolution in December of 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering her kids on in their athletic and academic pursuits, and traveling, especially when it involves hiking.
